We were asked to come up with a simple yet effective solution for a large national company who manufactures cheese to enable them to take samples and check for air leakage on bagged produce. With our vast knowledge of vacuum products and theory we designed and manufactured a belljar which was light and portable and could be used very quickly to establish the integrity of any batch of product with minimum effort and would give instant results.

Belljar

Vacucom supplied and installed a full turnkey project in which we supplied a Kuka 6 axis robot and magazine station, the final project included roller and belt driven conveyors end of arm tooling and guarding plus installation and intergration

Coval 800kg vacuum lifter supplied by Vacucom with compact energy saving 3 phase electrical motor, even if there is a power cut the load will stay in situ due to a safety non return valve from the pump to the pad network. The main beam acts as a reservoir and ensures that the load can be handled safely if or when power failure occurs, CE marked to European directives, with electrical or pneumatic versions available and 2, 3 and 4 beam sizes available.
