Depending on each application, a different requirement of vacuum lifting grippers may be needed.

Our Vacuum Gripper Systems Handling Concrete Forms

A customer of ours was in need of a vacuum gripper application that could successfully grip, pick up and manoeuvre 480 kgs of concrete forms. To achieve this with ease, we used 12 of the COVAL CVGL Vacuum Grippers. The CVGL series is composed of standard subassemblies which allow us to offer a “tailor-made” solution, meeting the specific application requirements of integrators and end users. In addition to the CVGL Units, Vacucom designed and built the complete bespoke EOAT.
