Vacucom Ltd Terms and Conditions of sale

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed by the Company in writing payment shall be made in full within thirty days of the date of invoice to Vacucom Ltd bank account.

In the event of default of payment by the Customer, Vacucom Ltd will have the rights to suspend all further deliveries/accounts?

In the event that Legal Action has to be taken to recover costs. The Customer will be liable with no limitations.

Returns

All goods must have a returns note number and be returned within seven days of arrival at the customers or customers designated delivery address.

A full refund shall only be given if the item(s) are faulty, otherwise 15% restocking fee may be applied at Vacucoms discretion.

Specially-ordered items cannot be refunded.

Delivery Times/Goods

A delivery date given is as accurate as possible but cannot be guaranteed and Vacucom cannot be held responsible for deliveries out of the date given.

If the item is ex stock and an order placed before 3.00pm the goods will normally be despatched the same day and delivered next day but can take up to 3 days. Vacucom cannot be held responsible for delays/loss due to third party couriers.

A Same day delivery service is available and costs are accurate at the time and upon request.

The title to the goods does not pass to the customer until Vacucom Ltd has received payment in full.

Goods will not be despatched without an official order number except where individual company policies dictate otherwise.
