LEMAX is a new mini vacuum pump integrating technologies developed by COVAL for better productivity, efficiency and energy savings. It has a wide range of applications: packaging, robotics, plastics. For the first time LEMAX integrates technology known as ASC (Air Saving Control). It generates energy savings of between 60% and 97%, depending on the products to be handled. The ASC activates to limit energy consumption at two levels: Integrated vacuum regulation: reduction of energy consumption and noise level. The ASC analyses the application and adapts itself to the airtight or porous pieces in order to optimize operation and energy consumption.
